This chocolate Mousse cake features my signature high altitude chocolate cake, frosted with fluffy coconut cream cheese buttercream, covered in crunchy coconut flakes and chopped dark chocolate. I love how easy it is to decorate a coconut cake, yet it still manages to look so pretty!
